FZ200: what do you have on your custom buttons?

I haven't tried using a custom setting yet, but I am not sure what I would assign to one.

Right now I have my Standard mode set to -2 NR/SH, and use that for everything I shoot.  (I would like the metering mode to be the smallest size square, but that isn't one of the custom configuration options.)

The only thing I can think of using the custom button for is maybe changing to a "Fast Action" mode, but isn't that what the scene modes are for?

I assume I am missing some key aspect of custom buttons that might make my life easier or photos better ... how do you have yours set?
