Really? Even though the Sigma is a faster lens and has OS. Care to elaborate why you would choose the Nikon lens? I've read all the reviews for the Nikon and Sigma and both receive great reviews. It would be great if someone with experience with both would chime in as well.

The Nikon has VR which is what OS is for the Sigma.  I'm too lazy to check prices but if prices are similar I would go for the Nikon 10 times out of 10.  The reason being Nikon knows their own system better than anyone else, I trust their gear more because they have more at stake, and there's not that much of a difference between f/4 and f/2.0.  Raising the ISO is trivial on digital cameras.
