RR-80 Remote Schematics

Wow what service! It is 1 AM in France and I did not expect an answer this evening let alone in an hour! Ok, here is what I know in relationship to audio standards; the sleeve is ground (Shield) the tip R - right channel and the ring is L - left channel. So do you think L - left to Ground triggers AF? and R - right trips the shutter?

I am trying to automate some focus stacking and just thought that here is where I should start understanding Fuji's electronics. Any idea if you can control the focus servo from the USB?
