If you were going to keep the K20D as a backup you could go for the cheap option of a K-01.

For your manual glass you'd get focus peaking that is not on the K5's.

You'd also still get the great sensor used since the K5 so image quality will be greatly improved.  Obviously the K20D would have to be your action shooter and will be better in bright sunlight (as the K-01 is reliant on the lcd) but this is a cheap option.

Two camera bodies can also come in handy as you don't have to keep changing lenses.

Anyway, something else to consider.
