Panasonci 12-35/2.8: Loose Lens Hood?

I've been pretty happy with my 12-35 on my GH-2, but after perhaps only using the lens hood 10 times or so it's becoming quite loose and is close to not locking into place at all.

Anyone have the same problem and if so is there some kind of quick fix?

If not, where can I find a replacement hood?
