Using the AF-C and AF ON method is no solution for D800.

...at least with my 50 1.4G using outer sensors. On the left side using AF-S is repeatable backfocus, using AF-C it´s dead on. Today I had to learn my 24-70 is never in focus using the outer sensor, not with AF-S nor AF-C. Using CDAF or my old D3 gives better results with the outer sensors...

Nikon seems to have strange problems at least with the advanced MultiCam3500 and they title their design errors as user errors. There seem to be more focus problems now with Nikon as they happened with Canon cameras years ago (EOS 10d and so...).
