My first canon on its way :-)

Hi everyone,
I've just bought a used 5D (not arrived yet), and just want to double check which lenses fit. Am I right thinking that the EF lenses fit the full frame, and the EF-S for the cropped frame?

I've found this lens so trying to figure out whether it'll fit or not:

Tamron - Aspherical [IF] MACRO AF 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di II LD
