Yes, even my LX2 had an incredibly sharp lens. I had tested it against several other similar cameras at the time, and that lens just had incredible edge to edge sharpness. But I recently sold it because I picked up a G15 for the better low light IQ and faster lens. It's a lot easier to shoot with too.
