Out in the cold with the D800E & 200-400mm VR!

Greetings!
Sunshine but -10°C...got my warm Parka, took the D800E and the 200-400mm and walked
along the river near my hometown...about 2hrs and I had been able to get shots like:
and:
Both handheld...quite difficult with gloves on too...
