This is the strap I use and it's great.  It puts all of the weight and pressure of the camera onto your shoulder not your neck.  The muscles in your shoulder are much larger and stronger than the ones in your neck.  I can walk around with my 7D, battery pack, and 200 f/2.8L lens for hours with that thing and it doesn't bother me at all.

There's also not a problem carrying a bag on one shoulder and the 7D/RS-7 on the other shoulder.  I just criss-cross them and the balance is perfect.  RS-7 on my right shoulder (7D on my left hip); camera bag over my left shoulder with bag resting on my right hip.
