NEX as a DSLR Replacement

I have had the NEX 7 with the LAEA2 (for alpha lenses) for about a year now and really like it. I have an a900 with real nice lenses and find that it is really becoming a backup to the NEX in travel.  The light weight of such a high quality system is incredible. The image quality of the NEX 7 is truly on par with the a900 in larger prints.  I am not going to upgrade to the a99 because it is expensive and I don't need the video capability of the new a99 because the NEX 7 is perfectly adequate with this. I could see myself maybe selling the alpha system in favor of the NEX as better lenses become available.
