Bald Eagle with leg injury doesn't stop it flying

I shot these in S. Ontario during the annual Spring hawk migration a few years back.  Distance was about 150 yards so this a a huge crop with some PP to get a decent image.  The eagle has an injured leg that prevents it from retracting to the normal position in flight.
