I have ordered online from B&H (many times) as well as in person at their New York location and I (somewhat) recently made 2 returns to them...

1: I bought a used lens in the store (about $500.00) and returned it via mail about 2 or 3 weeks later. Money was quickly refunded to my CC.

2: I bought several items online before X-Mas (about $200-$300.00). I ended up needing only some of what I bought and was able to return the items I did not need. This time the money went right back into my PayPal Acct.

Both times I was impressed. I'd say the experiences were as easy as returning something in person to almost any retailer. Sure, I had to wait a few days for the items to be shipped back to them and then a few more days for the completion of the refunds but all went without a hitch - I followed their RMA process. No issues at all.

I WILL buy again from B&H as a result of my experiences
