bingo waterproof cases - very cheap? any experience?

i have stumbled upon BINGO water proof cases for dslrs - 16$ and P&S for 6$. now that's a bargain, but cant find nothing worth while as a review or comment on them, could not find a home website either!

anybody have an experience with them?

of course if i was to submerge my camera a lot i would not consider this, but i will pop my camera in water very rear, maybe twice a year, very shallow so it will save me a 100$ on the second cheapest in line which is DiCAPac sold on B&H, and looks pretty dissent.
