Adobe Photoshop CS6 is the best and does everything but is expensive so I would not recommend it to everyone as there are other cheaper alternatives that do 95% of what you want. The ones I would recommend are Photoshop Elements (latest version) or Adobe Lightroom (latest Version). Also Corel Paint Shop Pro is good. They should all be under a $100.00. There are also some free ones out there like Gimp. Just check that they support your camera model. Download a trial version and see if it works for you. Personally I would start with Photoshop Elements 11 which does support the FZ200 raw files.
