Buying kit, £3k to spend, needing advice

Hi folks,
first time post, looking for advice on my first major purchase.
I'm aiming to by a Canon 5d Mk III and some kit to go along with it. I'll largely be shooting documentary video (getting the 5D as it seems to be the best DSLR on the market in my price range for video), but I'll also take stills with it too. I have direct experience of the xf305, the c300 (and I've worked with a cameraman who uses the 5D).
So far, I'm aiming to purchase:
5d Mk III body
Tripod
Lilliput HDMI 7" monitor
2 x 32gb CF cards
Mics (one directional, one body)
Spare battery
Follow focus kit
Case/bag
Lenses
The two main areas I'm unsure about are lenses and my tripod. I've been doing all my research on lenses and I know I'm going to need a good "normal" lens, a good zoom lens and a good wide-angle lens.
Similarly, I know I'll need a good tripod with a levelling head on it.
So, what I'm looking for is a bit of advice on the lenses I should aim for. I won't have a lot of cash to spend on them (possibly around £1k), so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
Similarly, I'd like to hear people's views on what tripod to aim for.
Best,
CDC
