Can't use Facebook after CCleaner use

I use ccleaner almost daily at default settings including the registry cleaner, I also use facebook and as previous poster said you have to log in again, unless you instruct ccleaner to leave facebook alone. I fear your problem may be elsewhere unless you ticked additional box's when you ran ccleaner.
