D800 Body now $2800 on Amazon

The various dealers on Amazon are now listing the D800 body for $2800 thru Febuary 2nd.
I was fortunate and got my D800 for the same price several weeks ago.One has to wonder if demand has fallen some and Nikon is trying to move some product sitting in the warehouses.
