nex-7 or nex-6 which is ultimately better?

I'll say that, while I haven't used a NEX-6, the NEX-7 is by default better for me. Reasons?

2. I very rarely want to shoot wider than 28mm-equivalent.

That's it. I can totally understand why the 7 is a write-off for people who use certain UWAs - but I'm not one of them. And I never, ever want to use a camera again that won't let me change at least two of aperture, shutter speed, EC, and ISO without pressing any extra buttons or going into menus. 24MP is great, and the DR is fantastic, but it's those controls that I really care about.

Really, if UWA problems were the only thing keeping someone from a NEX-7, what I would do is just wait until used 7 and 5n prices come down enough that you can buy one of each for the same price as a new 6 (a time that does not seem to be particularly far away).
