The reason for me looking for a manual lens is that I want to have focus focus distance markings on it + DOF scale.
I intend to use it in street photography and just focus (or pre-focus) without looking through the camera.
The other reason, subjective this time, is that I really like shooting with manual lenses, I like the feel of it, unexplainable.

Nex-6?
Check the Cosina Voigtlanders: 12, 15 or 21mm.
Remember, the DOF markings are for FF.

Thanks Henry, those are great lenses indeed. But I am looking for something cheaper (<$150 if possible). After all the investment that started with the NEX-6 (and keeps going), if I buy now a $400 lens I will have to sign my divorce papers. And I will call you as witness if it gets ugly
