it's not just about the packages, I wouldn't care IF the lenses and cameras are in new condition. But they are Not. why are you extremely defensive to a seller  if you are not affiliated with them?  I saw you have always accused me as a customer even if you don't know what exactly has happened, but WHY did you never even mentioned anything about the responsibility of the B&H?

Small claims court exists for people who have exhausted reasonable avenues to deal with disputes peacefully. The internet is not a place to do that and expect anything but arguments.

And as for being hurt by comments you got here, tough. It's an open forum and no-one has said anything to you that wasn't simply a different point of view from your own. If you want to start a public campaign like that, you have to be prepared to take hits and not just expect people support you.

What you did was rant. Ranting on the internet is no different from ranting on a street corner, except that you won't be arrested for disturbing the peace here.

Life Lesson : deal with these frankly trivial problems more calmly and sensibly next time.

In the last two weeks not one, but two of my close relatives have been diagnosed with very nasty cancers and I don't feel half as angry about that as you do about the minor matter of the packing on your lens.

Calm down.
