Replacement for Sony F717

It is time to replace my old trusty F717. I love the fact that I did not have to switch out lens to get great photos and could get great macro shots. I purchased the Canon Rebel T3 and tried it out today but I am not happy with it. Not only do you need separate lens but it takes soooooo long to auto focus I could draw the picture faster than it takes the shot. I have an online business so I need something good for product shooting and to get real good macros if needed for jewelry, etc. Any ideas for a camera that does not need more than the lens it comes with? Any similar to what the F717 could do with that one lens? Thanks for any help.
