Dealers Intentionally deceive Customers with Used/Returned Equipments? Locked

I did not attack the person, I simply responded to a post.  There's no requirement on DPR for people to only agree with a poster ( and I would not be here if there was ).

My point regarding the police was simply a suggestion of what someone alleging a crime should do.  I personally do not see any crime here, just a complaint ( from one side ) which would be dealt with under normal contract law in civil court ( not criminal court ).

If you ever watch Judge Judy ( and I like it - it's fun ), you'll notice she has no time for people who repeatedly do things with or for other people and then claim they always had problems with.  That, as she would say, is just dumb and you don't get rewarded for dumb.  JJ would send them home with nothing but advice for the future.

I'm sure B&H, like all organizations, screw up from time to time.  It would be a miracle if they did not.  But attacking them in public and acting the long-suffering victim won't help.  Accusing them of criminal behavior is just wrong, IMO.
