if you are interested in portrait/fashion work the 4/3 format is much more conducive to that type of work than the 3:2 format (i.e. much closer to Hasselblad format).

Also, the 4/3 format gives you the best DOF profile for portrait work with moderate telephoto lenses, so you can shoot wide open, use lower ISO and/or get faster shutter speeds.
