old sepia ,damaged and faded for restoration ,Who?

are there any (old photo) restoration experts here ,I have an old sepia photo ,very fragile and well damaged , and was wondering just how far this can be recovered ,and what software /techniques would be used , if anyones interested I will upload a scan ,its of 2 young twin sisters ,and is around a hundred years old .
