Why are you using AF in landscapes? At least as a routine workflow, most people use manual focus or Live View - neither of which have anything to do with the AF fine tune parameters.
But yes, you could back or front focus a bit and 'compensate' for the AF fine tune. Probably won't make much difference. You can easily test this - go outside, pick a scene that approximates what you want to shoot. Take pictures while stepping through the AF fine tune values. See if it makes any difference.
Like I said, I don't think it will. But thinking often gets me into trouble. Best to test.
