help help Photoshop question

I have 7D and a D1x  I have both cameras set on white balance to auto

when i download raw files into CS6  from the 7D the white balance shows up  AS SHOT

when i download the D1X raw files the white balance shows up as custom and is very washed out and blueish very cold i have to pull down window and click  AS shot and it is fine

I also shoot a card with jpegs and those files are fine also only the raw files from the D1X there must be a glitch in Photoshop ???

this just started the last time i was out shooting all of the sudden
