Chas, you're obviously a 'creative' looking for an outlet for your skills. times are really hard, particularly in the housing market at present, i sold my last house 10 years ago and the agent took 2.5%, now i'm selling again and they're fighting to get my business at 1%, so there's no margin for them. I took my own photos to get the lighting and wide angles as their photos where on a apsc with direct flash. I look at around 250 properties per day on rightmove and its the photos that get my attention, yours are very good, but I just don't think there's a margin for you.

Your portraits are very good, nice style, again trying to get people to part with money for such a unique product is difficult, I paint and sell maritime oils, it's hard and advertising kills the profit, I fell into wedding photography as it's still one of the few ways to make money in photography.

Best of luck.
