Dodgy Voting

Check out the voting on  for this entry which "won" the  Sunsets Challenge challenge

14 5 votes and barely any other lower votes. I would even have thought this was legit if the photo was also not a photoshop composition. Checking the voting on 2nd place etc shows much more balanced voting.

With Hosts who do nothing about this and "contestants" like this, it's no wonder people get disappointed with DPR.
