Some of my first photos out of my A57. Plus a Macro question.

I took these photos for a review which will be posted in a few days over at my figurine blog tomopop. They are watermarked as such so I apologize in advance for the watermarks.

This was taken using my 35mm 1.8 prime. Aperture was F4ish shot hand held. Iso was 800 I think.



Again shot by hand, this was using my 18-135mm at 135mm, F4.5, ISO 1600.

Again taken with my 18-135mm lens at 135mm. The highest quality file I have for this looks fantastic because of all the grain you can see. This JPEG does it little justice.

If you want to see more you will just have to watch my blog till my wonderful editors have had time to sort through my review! Still overall what do you all think? Any thing obviously wrong with my photos that you think I could improve on? These were admittedly the better of the lot. A lot of shots I took I think my aperture was a little bit too wide on, but it gave for pretty effects so it's okay!

On a somewhat unrelated note. - I think I will be picking up a Sigma 50mm Macro for close up work, but would it be able to do good close ups like the hair shot I was working with? Eh Also the one I am looking at most seriously might need to be chipped. Anyone ever have heard of a Sigma 50mm 2.8 Macro that needs to be chipped?
