Sigma 150-500mm HSM OS or 50-500mm HSM OS???

I don't want to confuse matters, but the nikon 300mm f4 AF-S & TC 1.4 may be worth a consideration.

No VR of course, but I'm pretty sure this setup would have better IQ than the Bigma. Although I recently trashed my 300mm I would definately get another one rather than look at something else.

I used this setup for birding.
