Printing this photo, what paper would you use?

I've been using Red River 66lb Polar Pearl Metallic with a lot of success lately. I think this photo would look good on it. RR sells it in 5x7 100 sheet packs that are cheap and a great way to try different photos printed on it without wasting a lot on paper and ink. When I get a result I like - I go with a large sheet. I'm printing with an Epson R3000. RR has paper profiles that work well.
