intermediate user needs advice on next purchase...

Hello, my budget is around $800 and I'm looking at 3 DSLR options:

1. sony A65

2. nikon D5100

3. canon EOS rebel T4i

I have to make a wise decision here since I don't have a lot of $$ to throw around.

either would be an upgrade from my Fuji Finepix S9000

any advice from the PROs appreciated!
