What company insures you?

That's exactly why I have a rider on my home insurance covering all my photo gear. They charge 1% a year. $10,000 worth of equipment costs $100. Theft, lost, damage, mysterious disappearance, dropped in the ocean, fell off a cliff, or run over by a car! I wouldn't have it any other way.

I asked for an all-risk policy for my photo equipment, and the agent responded with "What company would ever write a policy for that?", meaning, to cover photo gear specifically. We have an all-risk policy on my wife's wedding ring so they aren't unfamiliar with the concept.

It might be worth jumping ship but first I'd need to find out which new ship.
