I will have to check out that bag.
Someone posted about gluing a little piece of foam on that little recessed button to make it more accessible, with good results. I haven't tried it yet.
Agree about the strap vs. LCD!

The amount of status information displayed can be set independently for the EVF and LCD.
The touch screen works better than I expected with gloves on. That damned "sunken" Fn1 button, not so much :/
High ISO is a big step up from the previous 12MP 4/3 sensor which I also came from. ISO3200 is usable on the G3 unlike my GF1.
The strap always seems to be in the way of the swivel screen on the left hand side. I'm pondering getting a strap of some sort that connects to the tripod mount or right hand attachment only.
