Lack of built-in flash on OM-D annoying or frustrating?

i think i used the onboard flash for my 30D & 40D like 3 times in 5 years. so no, i don't miss it. if i did use it i would find it annoying as you have to keep track of two little plastic pieces to put on the flash. it's a very impractical implementation by Oly.

but this all depends on you and what you shoot as everyone has said.
