CS6 won't shut down.

First, CS6 would not launch after installation (discussed in a different thread) until I started it in Administrator mode and changed the scratch file location. Now, it won't close properly: when I exit the program, I can't restart it unless I stop Adobe CS6 service with Task Manager or restart my PC! The problem is true with both 64 bit and 32 bit versions (I'm using Win8).

I'm not happy with this release - especially as it's been out for a while and such problems should have been fixed by now.

Any ideas?
