Anyone willing to mother a Neanderthal baby?

Aww - it seems it isn't true. A report in the Independent says that the professor is now saying he is not looking for an “adventurous” woman to give birth to a baby Neanderthal and blames the story on a bad translation of an interview he gave to the German newspaper Der Spiegel.

(I wonder. I'm sure most Der Spiegel reporters have a good command of English and that newspaper of course has excellent translators. They also publish an International Edition in English.)
