V1 price decrease at B and H

The Nikon V1 with 10-30 and 30-110 lenses is back down to $429 at B and H.  I have an Olympus EPL 1 with optional electronic viewfinder and have been trying to decide whether to get the V1 as a replacement.  I held off when B and H had the two lens kit for $399, figured the temptation was gone when the price went up to $499 but now I'm tempted again.  Any thoughts about whether the V1 would be an improvement over the Olympus?
