what do dslr owners carry round in their pocket?

Now that some pocket size camera's offer quite reasonable quality, I'm considering what I want to put in my pocket. Would like to know what other forum members have opted for in the same situation. I was looking at the NEX5 but thought the quick review interesting and the "good for:Photographers upgrading from compact cameras, looking for the benefits of a large APS-C sensor with out the size of a traditional DSLR." comment v's the "not so good for:People looking for a pocketable DSLR replacement." quite the catalyst for this discussion. I'm sure the fine detail can be sifted from the above remarks. All brands welcome though I'm swerving so slightly towards 4/3 right now. Budget of £750, and properly pocketable. I'm a Canon 5D user btw.
