D800 purple color problem when long exposure with BW 10 ND filter.

It's the 10 ND filter that adds a purple color cast to the image. If you drop to 6 stops of ND (64x), then the color cast will be very slight to negligible.

Best to shoot RAW and remove in post. And/or, shoot a gray card to set WB.
