For the second one:-
Not easy because there is a whole family of similar plants.
Could be a Hawkweed:- Hieracium murorum or H. umbellatum
A Hawksbeard:- Crepsis vesicaria or C. paludosa
A Hawkbit:- Leontodon hispidus or L. taraxacoides
or none of these because my wild flower book is for Northern Europe
