Meike MK-14EXT Macro TTL ring flash

Every once in a while I like to do macro.  I don't do a lot of it and don't need a workhorse flash.   Did some reading and this Meike MK-14EXT Macro TTL ring flash seems to get good reviews.  Anyone use or have used this flash?
