Epson R3000 problem with unwanted border

I am (only sometimes!) getting a very faint blue 'border' around prints, either all the way around or on the top & bottoms or sides.  I thought it might have do to with a setting in the print module of Lightroom (version 2), but I get it sometimes too when I print out of Photoshop (CS5).  So, I'm thinking it's a printer setting about which I'm unaware.  Any ideas would be appreciated!
