The Principle that a simple law can over turn the Constitution is the question. Both the Fisrt, Fourth and Fifth Amendment are openly under attack. How can a Liberal defend these with the argument that simple laws cannot overide ​the law​, if at the exact same time they are arguing that a simple law ​CAN overide the law?

More Importantly ​why aren't they using this argument themselves?

​Because they CAN'T - ​They are so busy attacking the Constitution, that they don't even know how to defend it!
