There are restrictions in fishing/hunting in some areas due to a decrease in certain species, or the dangers of guns being too close to residential areas.  I guess that is a bad thing ?

You also have to maintain certain protected air space when flying. We have these things called airports, and you can't interfere with their air space. Odd that you don't have that issue. Or is Wellington International the only airport ?

You can't own these things.  i.e. You can't own the beach and keep people from using it.

What you CAN do here is live on the ocean. Live on the lakes. Live along rivers, and still maintain private property.
