If you want the LH-55B hood made from plastic instead of solid gold then try this mob in Queensland. I got that today along with a few other hoods and a Nikon adapter within 24 hours of ordering delivered to Sydney via Australia Post. NZ may be different, email them to find out.

I should have mentioned - in the end I was unwilling to support a product at this level of over pricing. I did indeed go with a copy-hood. I went with a uWinKa LH-55B copy for US$8.60 from http://www.ebay.com/itm/260855044409
Gold might look nice though, a bit different than black or silver.
I don't think the 60 hood has been copied yet.
