Photographing women

I will leave the lighting to the experts but the light could be bounced off a reflector to soften it

Was this handheld? I notice the speed was 1/100, the focal length 200 mm (speed should ideally be 2 x focal length ie ~ 1/400 when handheld , the aperture 2.8 (thus minimal depth of field) the ISO 12,500 (thus increased noise)

If it was handheld try a tripod and reduce the ISO right back
