How and when do we find out about next month's lens rebates?

What day of the month are the next month's rebates announced? And where are they listed? Some folks around here seem to have a great source of info that I've not managed to find yet.

I'm still looking for the 28mm F1.8G, but not overly happy with the $700 price point.
