Cutting down on your post-production time

I used to spend roughly equal amount of time on the post-production as on the actual wedding shoot. However, I have cut down significantly after automating the black & white conversion and generally becoming more efficient in photoshop.

One thing which annoys me and which I couldn't find a solution for, is the amount spent on cropping vertical and horizontal shots. I constantly have to type in the aspect ratio when switching between the crop orientation. Is there a way to make a custom short cut?
